img_2940img_2725April is almost over. Sorry that it has been a while since I updated.  Bryan and I have been doing very well. We are moving this weekend into a rental house. We are incredible excited. One step closer to a house of our own! It is a gorgeous house close to post!

My oral surgery went sucessfully. ia had a tooth exposed and a cyst removed. The cyst ended up beign a solid mass. The results aren’t make yet about it. It is really strange but luck that I got it removed before it got any bigger.

I had my first craft show which was slow and I did not do well at all. But at least i tried!! So I have tons of pillows!!

We had a great trip to the Caskey’s home. It was great to see the Merry, Elijah, and Micah. They love their uncle Bryan!!

On May 1st Bryan and I will celebrate our first Anniversary! We are planning a trip to Six Flags over Georgia to get away!! At the end of May Bryan begins the Glabal Reaction Force for 12 months.

That is about it for the update!

I got a job working for AAFES at Manchu WOK. It just opened on friday. I learned how to make Oriental Grilled Chicken which is like burbon Chicken which is my favorite! It has been great. I have good managers and good coworkers. Bryan got back from Training at the marine base safely. He did a jump on Friday and hurt his side but it’s heeling.

My orthodontic care has been going well for the most part. It has been a month now. I have already lost about 10 pounds because i can’t really eat much. I got my braces tightened for the first time last week. Bryan was there with me to hold my hand so i wouldn’t cry from the pain. I have heard so many times that my body is sensitive. For some reason red heads are special!! My orthodontist (Dr. Goodson) is great.  He told me that some people have no problem with the pain but for some reason natural red heads have a harder time with the pain. I couldn’t do anything for the first week after I got my braces on and I was on a steady dose of pain killers.  That was horrible. I just got to eating hard food again when I had my appointment and it set me back another week. If i keep going like this I will have no belly fat and my abs will show!!!

Today we woke up and Bryan didn’t have to go into work becasue there is snow everywhere! We are expected to get 2-4 inches of snow today! Since I haven’t really seen snow fall and stick. Not counting when I was with Jeremy adn Adina on our trip to his parents and got stuck in it.

Bryan has experience being in the snow growing up in the North. We woke me up and I was all excited. He brought a snow ball in the house and threw it at me in bed. Then we got all layered up up and went outside! We threw snow balls then went behind out apartment and went sleding on a rubbermaid container top!! I made a snow angel and it was really fun.

Thanksgiving day

Thanksgiving day

Bryan and I have been settling into our new life in Fayetteville, NC.  After almost 3 weeks of processing he  finally reportred to his Unit. He is D Company 407  in the 2nd BCT 82nd Airborne! This week he is in the field and he is taking his driving tests so that he can do his job (Motor Transportation).

Bryan and I got to make 2 trips to Charleston, SC in November. The first one was so that he could finally meet My sister Adina, Pops, Elijah, Merry and New baby Micah. We got to go see the christmas lights and Merry and Elijah  rode on the carrasel. I got to help merry. I reminded me of this picture i have on me on one with my mom standing right next to me! It was such a wonderful trip and they all loved Bryan which I had not doubt about! Who wouldn’t love him!!! He’s my sweetheart. Our 2nd visit was on thanksgiving we spent 2 nights there. Jeremy’s parents were there as well as his brother Joe and his new wife Dani. We all had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. It was Our first Thanksgiving together and it was great. 148

We are looking foward to Christmas. Bryan have 2 weeks off so we are going on a trip!!! We are going to Celebrate a Cajun Christmas together. We ill be there Christmas eve and Christmas Day.I am really excited.   I am excited for Us to also celebrate one years since our first official date on New Years with our friends who celebrated with us last year! It will be really great so much has happened this past year. It has really been life changing. I could have never imagined being here. That just shows that God really does have his own plan for us!

Today Bryan shipped to his new job and they sent him to the field for the night! Yuppy! I great way to start off! So one night is nothing. A walk in the park compared to what we’ve gone through and what is ahead. There is no avoiding him getting deployed. It will happen at some point in the next 3 years. We just have to know that God is in control. I can’t imagine what it will be like when it comes. Oh, his new job at the 2nd BCT does not have a schedule for deployment but as of July 2009 they will be eligible for world wide deployment. Which means when something happens anywhere in the world they will be the first ones to go and they deploy withing 18 hours. It is crazy. He has 2 more weeks in the field in december.

I finally got the house set up! It looks really good!!!

6 Months November 2, 2008

Bryan and I have been married for 6 months today! Today we had our reception party in Greer, SC! It was great, it was a chamorro party. David, My brother, and his new wife came and they helped cook! They were a huge help. Only about 30 or so people were there but it was still stressful. I couldn’t imagine planning a wedding  and reception while being the one to get married. I am very happy with how Bryan and I got married. When we were driving the other day I asked Bryan “When did you know that you loved me?” He said he didn’t know because for so long we were trying to deny our feelings. I think that I feel in love with Bryan the first weekend we had together(New Years). I look at the pictures from that weekend and I see the way that we looked. It was so instant and it fit.

It was odd we had both gotten our of serious relationships, years with someone else.  We were both use to getting off the phone by saying I love you and I remember accidentally doing it a few times. I know that we really said it to eachother and ment it in month 2 or 3. We kept denying it and trying to push eachother back but it never worked. We always wanted to be around eachother and we completed eachother. I remember him saying at the beginning, you are so easy to get along with. I laughed at him. It always seems so perfect at the beginning of a relationship. Like rosecolored glasses. It was different.

We signed the lease for our townhouse and we are spending our first night. We are just waiting for our stuff to arrive from Shreveport. It should be early next week!! Bryan has to report on the 4th so we are planning on spending some time with family and enjoying each other. Of course I have school and we have to get stuff unpacked and organized. I can’t work in chaos. I need organization. I am so excited to decorate! I miss all of my stuff. the major downside of the apartment is the kitchen! it will work but i know that all of my stuff won’t fit.  I miss all my pink stuff, cows and ducks!!!

I will post picture of our place when we get it looking decent! It’ll be nice to just have somewhere that is ours. We have almost been married for 6 months! We are having a chamorro party on the 1st with friends and family.

Bryan have now met Naomi and David. Next week he will meet Kaitlyn, Jonathan, Adina, Jeremy, Merry, and Elijah. Then all he will have left is Roseann, Josh, Lumina and Risa!  I know that everyone will love him!
